Introduction
CMYK, LLC d/b/a Billy's Badges ("Billy's Badges", "we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how we respond to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner);
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed;
- Precise identification of the material you claim is infringing, sufficient for us to locate it on the Services;
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A sworn statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Counter Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or the Northern District of Illinois if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Upon receipt of a valid counter notification, we may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a legal action.
3. Repeat Infringers
We will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
