Instructions for Pre-Printing Attendee Information

Organize Your Excel File Clearly
Include column headers that match the information you want displayed on the badge, referencing your provided badge design file.

Use Consistent Formatting
Make sure data is clean, accurate, and formatted consistently throughout the file.

Example Column Headers
While every badge design is unique, common headers may include:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Job Title
  • Company
  • QR Code

Simply purchase the total number of custom badges you need. During proof approval, we’ll confirm how many blanks are required before merging variable data (names, titles, etc.) and moving into production.

Pre-Printed Names Design Instructions

For badge orders with pre-printed names, please include a Excel file with the attendee information and a design sample showing how that information should appear on the badge. When setting up your Excel file, be sure to include column headers that match the information you want displayed on the badge.
